DELIVERY TIME AND TRANSPORT
1. DELIVERY TIME
1.1 The delivery time of the goods depends on the volume of the Products ordered. We are not responsible for changing delivery time, which is not ours.
1.2 Product completion time is up to 3 weeks. Transport is also added to the completion time, which is up to 2 weeks. If the order contains only inventory items that are in stock at the time of order, transport takes place for up to one month.
2. TRANSPORT
Transport is according to price list of Estonian courier service providers.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAINTENANCE
1. BED MAINTENANCE
1.1 Proper maintenance helps keep the textile-covered bed in good condition for longer and
ensures its best appearance throughout the life of use. Please read the following service manual:
1.1.2 Clean the bed textiles regularly with a vacuum cleaner. Use low power and the handpiece
for it.
1.1.2 Immediately dry the liquid stains with a clean cloth or plain paper towel, if possible. It is
important that the soiled place is not rubbed or scrubbed. After being pressed dry, clean the stain
with a soft cloth or a damp moistened with a neutral or slightly alkaline detergent solution. When
cleaning, move from the edges of the stain to the center, or use the “screw rotation” technique.
1.1.3 Use steam or water vacuum cleaner to remove old stains and general dirt. Before cleaning
the water, the textile must be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner. This will make the entire cleaning
process more efficient.
2. MATTRESS MAINTENANCE
2.2. Please read the following Manufacturer Maintenance Manual:
2.2.1 Do not screw the mattress together for transport, storage or cleaning of the bed. This can
cause permanent damage.
2.2.2 The handles are designed to position the mattress. When carrying the mattress from the
handles, they can come off and therefore damage the mattress fabric.
2.2.3 It is not recommended to use the mattress on an uneven surface or on a base for which it
is not intended. The spring mattress is not based on adjustable reforms with a raised head and
foot part, as well as reforms with a small number of flags with a 5 cm spacing of the flags. The
mattress sinks between the flags and loses its proper form and injures the springs.
2.2.4 Use washable and protective covers to keep the mattress clean.
2.2.5 Turn the mattress over the different sides as well as the mattress search every few months.
For the first 2-3 months it is recommended to do so every 2-3 weeks. This helps the mattress
upholstery to better achieve the right shape.
2.2.6 Do not sit constantly on the edge of the mattress.
2.2.7 Slowly clean the mattress and mattress tray with a vacuum cleaner. To remove the stains,
use gentle cleaners and leakage or cold water. The cover mattress can be pulled together when
wet. Chemical dry cleaning for both mattress and test mattress is recommended.
2.2.8 Do not strip clothes on top of the mattress, it may spoil the mattress cover.
PRIVACY POLICY
HANDLING CUSTOMER PERSONAL
INFORMATION
1. The Customer hereby gives the FUNNEST consent to the processing of its personal data.
2. The Customer Personal Information that is known to the FUNNEST entered by the Customer
upon Subscription is entered in the Customer Register and is used to perform the Sales Contract
and provide the Products to the Customer. The customer agrees to use their contact information
to receive offers from FUNNEST.
The customer shall have the right at any time to request the termination of the submission of
tenders and/or the deletion of contact information from the database.
3. Card data shall be requested using security systems that correspond to the average
reasonable level in the field of economic and professional activity.
4. FUNNEST cannot see Customer’s bank card data. In order to make the transaction, the
Customer will be directed to the safe environment of the Third Party Card Center. At the time of
payment, Customer card data is entered into the database located on the server of the Card
Center by the Customer and the data is also stored on the server located in the Card Center.
FUNNEST is not responsible for the use of data by the Card Center.
5. The source of the personal data and their processing is based on the creation of a customer
relationship under the Terms of Use when registering an order in the E-store. Processing of
personal data is a condition of the contractual relationship.
6. The personal information to be registered includes the customer’s order with the last name,
first name (s), street, house, apartment number, city or city, postal code, phone number,
address, form of payment, Acceptance to Terms of Use and Acceptance to Sending Sales
Quotes.
7. Personal data are processed by FUNNEST OÜ, registry code 12898851, address Taevakaare
10, Saku, Harju County, 75512.
8. The customer´s personal information necessary for the distribution of the Product to the
Customer shall be forwarded to the company providing the transport service. In case this is
necessary due to the nature of the Sales Contract, Customer Personal Information will be
transmitted to the Manufacturer.
9. The protection of the client’s personal data is guaranteed by all legal requirements.
10. FUNNEST undertakes not to transfer registered personal data to third parties not mentioned
in these Terms of Use.
11. FUNNEST has the right to transfer Customer Personal Information to third parties in case of
processing of personal data the obligation comes from the law.
12. The customer shall also have the right to verify personal data relating to him or her or to
request the removal of his or her personal data from the register of FUNNEST, Manufacturer or
transport service provider.
13. The customer consents to FUNNEST to send order confirmation to the e-mail address
entered when the order is submitted.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
What personal data are processed
– name, phone number and e-mail address
– the delivery address of the goods;
– bank account number
– cost of goods and services and payment data (purchase history)
– Customer support details.
What purpose will personal data be processed?
Personal information is used to manage customer orders and deliver the item.
Purchase history data (purchase date, item, quantity, customer information) are used to compile
an overview of purchased items and services and to analyze customer preferences.
The bank account number is used to return payments to the customer.
Personal data such as e-mail, telephone number, customer name, are processed to resolve
issues related to the provision of goods and services (customer support).
The IP address or other network identifiers of the user of the online store are processed for the
provision of the online store as an information society service and for the production of online
usage statistics.
Legal basis
The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of performing the contract with the
Customer. The processing of personal data is carried out to fulfil a legal obligation (e.g.
accounting and consumer dispute resolution).
Receivers, to whom personal data are transmitted
Personal information is provided to online store customer support to manage purchases and
purchase history and resolve customer issues.
The name, phone number and e-mail address are transmitted to the transport provider selected
by the customer. In the case of goods delivered by courier, the address of the customer shall be
communicated in addition to the contact details.
If the bookkeeping of the online store is performed by the service provider, personal data shall be
transmitted to the service provider for accounting purposes.
Personal data may be transferred to information technology providers if necessary to ensure the
functionality of the online store or the storage of data.
Security and data access
Personal data shall be stored on servers located in the territory of a Member State of the
European Union or of countries which have joined the European Union’s economic area. Data
may be transferred to countries whose level of data protection has been sufficiently assessed by
the European Commission and to U.S. companies that are affiliated to the Privacy Shield
Framework.
Access to personal information is available to online store employees who can access personal
information to resolve technical issues related to the use of the online store and to provide
customer support.
The online store shall implement appropriate physical, organizational and information technical
security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss,
alteration or unauthorized access and disclosure.
The transfer of personal data to authorized processors in the online store (such as a transport
service provider and data storage) is based on contracts concluded with the online store and
Authorized processors. Authorized processors shall be obliged to ensure appropriate safeguards
for the processing of personal data.
Access and rectification of personal data.
Personal information can be accessed through the help desk.
Withdrawal of consent.
If the processing of personal data is done with the consent of the customer, the customer has the
right to withdraw the consent informing the customer by email info@funnest.ee .
Preservation
The online store stores the purchase history for three years.
In the case of disputes relating to payments and consumer disputes, personal data shall be kept
until the claim is met or the expiry of the limitation period.
The personal data necessary for the accounts shall be kept for seven years.
Deletion.
To delete personal information, you must contact customer support by e-mail info@funnest.ee .
The request for deletion shall be answered no later than one month and the period for deletion
shall be specified.
Storing cookies
A cookie is a text file that is sent and saved on user’s computer by a website that the user is
visiting. A cookie is saved into the file folder of user’s web browser. In case the user has
previously visited the site, the website reads this cookie and sends information to the site that
initially saved the cookie. One can read more about cookies from www.aboutcookies.org.
Cookies allow to follow the user statistics of the webpage, popularity of the webpages subpages
and other procedures carried out on the webpage. The information gathered from cookies is
used to improve webpage’s user experience.
Types of cookies
Permanent cookies are necessary for navigating on the webpage and to use its functions.
Without permanent cookies, the user cannot use all functions of the webpage;
Session cookies allow the webpage to remember previous decisions made by the user (e.g. user
